used to try porn, masturbate and be done. tried writing, but that usualy wakes me up. tried reading...but if the book is good that doesn't work. all of those would likely work better if i'd stick to a rule of no caffiene after 7pm. but i don't, so i take zzzquil. knocks me out, but i have a hangover kind of feeling in the morning. sometimes it's worth it, sometimes not.
