Does the smoothness of someone's skin affect how beautiful they are to you? I'm just curious. On that note...how do you care for your skin? Any special regiments?

Smooth, blemish-free skin is very important to me. I use sunscreen every morning and Retin-A every night. My complexion isn't perfect, but I'm more or less content with it these days and I know my skin is healthy due to the products I use.
