I'm skeptical of congress being able to pass it, or much of anything that isn't 100% necessary. Even if it passes, expect a huge push by the youth and technocratic vote to pressure obama into vetoing it. Obama needs the youth vote and their efforts as organizers, if he's helps censor the internet he should know that his support amongst them will plummet. I have faith in obama's capitulation for re-election and congress' incompetence, so that SOPA will not pass.
