I thought about having "Pearling" done. Looking back, I'm glad I didn't.
FYI: Pearling is when they place little silicone (?) balls under the skin of your penis to add texture.

This is what the guy had to say for himself (be warned, it can lead to bad mental images):

Getting it done with body-safe implant materials by an experienced artist or surgeon - BIG DIFFERENCE !!
Geez, even doing it yourself can be done more safely than as described. *facepalm*
If done safely and with half a brain, I think it's just personal choice. I've seen it, looks different, but I've seen "weirder" - and implants can be removed, whereas some more heavy mods can't be un-done.
