There is a certain aspect of having sex with a stranger or someone you don't know well that is wonderfully exciting, but having sex with the one I love is so much better.

I never had good sex at all until I had sex with my current partner, which was almost 7 years ago, and it still remains the only amazing sex I have ever had. When there's no love there for me, there's little else either. Sex for me, is part of me giving you myself because I love you -- my partner. It loses any meaning if there's no love and part of sex for me is the meaning and the intimacy, what's shared between the two of you and all that lovely stuff.

I was watching the new Ricki Lake show recently, and Dan Savage said that men find it easier to become aroused by someone familiar, while with women it's someone unfamiliar, of course most of what comes out of Dan Savage's mouth tends to be garbage but it was interesting enough to share.
