There are a lot of discussions here on EF about study habits, but I'm curious how that varies by major or subject. As an engineering major, I do problems, correct them, write down all of the information I can find for the things I was unsure of, and repeat. My friend who is a biology major uses flashcards because she has to do a ton of memorization. My friend who is an English major just reads a lot.

What was your major and how did you study? For those of you who haven't gone to college but are still focused on learning something, what do you do and how do you study it?
