I don't want to say she is fake because how am I to know what she actually talks to? I don't believe in spirits or ghosts, so I can't believe she is for real. Though, I don't think she is fake either.

thought she was real even bought and read one of her books untill someone asked her how there son died she said he drowned but he actually died in the september 11 attacks now i know she cant be accurate but when the mother of the son told her that the look on sylvias face was total shock she quickly changed it of course and mumbled something like maybe he was still alive but when they went to hose out the fire he drowned because of that. but by the look of her face i could tell she was a fake

I don't believe that she's true, but there is something in my heart that wants/wishes someone could contact a deceased loved one.

She's going to be at an event center near my home this weekend and my dad gets free tickets to every event, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I haven't seen her since Montel either, but I guess she's still around. I'd like a chance to talk to her about my Grams. I think it'll be neat to be able to ask her a question and know that I didn't give any information away and see what her response is.

At the very least, if she's fake, I didn't have to pay for tickets.

I like her and really enjoy learning, but I can't say I believe the same way she does. In some very small areas, I do, but the majority of what she believes in doesn't always match up with mine. I have a ton of her books and am highly interested in what she has to say! It's not that I think her gift is fake. I think it's possible that she may have taken SOME of her gift out of context, but I can't say for sure. I just think it's possible. However, I do believe she has some kind of gift--whether or not it's exactly as intense as she claims, I don't know, but I think there's something there.

I feel the same way! A fam member of mine was murdered over a year ago in a very... gruesome way and I've really felt that things were left... unfinished? Would love it if the gift Sylvia says she has is real! I ain't into the quija boards though.
