When my husband and I travel for our business buying, we pack a dvd player, porn, toys, lube, etc. in a separate suitcase if we know we will be staying overnight in a motel. We have also totally rearranged the room to suit us and had to put it back in place the next morning. Extreme, fun, or yeah-you do this also.

Most recently we have added several sets of lingerie to the suitcase for my wife to model while I take pictures. Very exciting!
What required moving around to meet you needs?
Depending what we moved, I think I would leave the furniture where we placed it and let the Hotel staff try to figure out what was going on.
