Do you tend to wrap gifts or are you a "bag em" person?

If I want to make someone laugh I will wrap, otherwise it's all bags!

I used to write, but now I use gift bags and tissue paper. It's just easier.

Some of the rather large presents are put in bags for sure. But for some reason I became a good gift wrapper when I was younger so I wrap 95% of all the gifts and usually wind up getting drafted to wrap all the gifts my mother and aunt have bought as well.

Any thoughts? Which wrap do you use? Which do you prefer to get ... more
I prefer wrapping.

I love wrapping presents! I only bag odd shaped packages that would look weird wrapped.

I always wrap gifts....and since I've been living in my grandparents house, I've been wrapping everything in wallpaper :p (my grandfather worked for some wallpaper company and we have a kajillion rolls)

I had to talk to my mom about this one...

One year during x-mas, she gave each of us one bag that had EVERYTHING in it. Now, I'm grateful for any and everything I receive, but damnit that took the fun out of unwrapping things.

So for every year after that I tell her I will wrap all her x-mas gifts (except mine, of course) in return for each of mine being individually wrapped with paper.

Both! I'm sort of the hippy-dippy sort, and I am one of those people who saves fancy gift wrap. (Not like, paper, though my Dad would do that. OMG! Was such a pain watching him unwrap presents because he didn't want to rip it at all). I'll save things like, nice tissue paper, and gift bags and ribbons, and bows! Then, I use those things first, and if I'm out of gift bags, I'll wrap things up. Master prefers things to be in a box, so I try to wrap his stuff in boxes first, and then if I am out of boxes I'll use bags.. But for most other people, I bag first box second. I will say though, that I don't buy those fancy bags unless I need a gift in a pinch and don't have the time to go home and wrap the present up nice.

I wrap 99% of all my gifts. A few will get bagged due to being weird shapes or a few items go together.

Honestly if I get someone a bunch of little things I'll get a bag and decorate it with tissue paper and ribbon super cute, but if it's like a bigger item or something I will wrap it although I suck at wrapping...lol

It depends on what the gift is. If it is in a box it is wrapped, but if it is like a bottle of win or something it is bagged
