whoops should of said over lol my bad, was thinking wiping not how it is put on the hanger. Housekeeping we do over so it does pick up any germs from the back of the cubby, plus it allows us to fold it nicely.

Over. It always looked better to me that way. Plus, the way the toilet paper roll is in relation to the toilet, it's really heard to get to the end of the paper if it's under.
