Toy Disposal

Contributor: MissAdara MissAdara
My favorite dildo is showing signs of wear and tear, but I'm to sure how to dispose of it. Tossing it the trash doesn't seem the right choice.
What do you do? Any suggestions, ideas?

There really isn't much you can do with it. Just wrap it in newspaper and toss it. There's no way to recycle that stuff (despite many companies' claims).

I agree, just toss it, remove the batteries if any and throw it in the garbage.

I've recycled ones made of plastic before (my local recycling center has a bin that just says "hard plastics," so I figure it's okay), but for jelly, I'd just throw it away.

I'd yank the batteries if they were still good and toss the toy. After I try toys out, and the ones I don't want I mail to a girlfriend in California. After they've been steralised of course.

All my jelly toys and TPR toys that I once had are in a landfill somewhere there really isn't any other way of getting rid of them. All my toys that die I usually just toss in the trash if it is something I don't like I usually pass it along to a friend or my cousin mainly if it is silicone an can be sterilized.

On the bright side, pick silicone next time, and it will never show signs of wear and tear A silicone dildo, treated well, can last forever. THen you can just 'reuse' and never have to 'recycle'!

I just throw dead toys in the trash after removing any batteries.
