Yes, depending on the period... when I have worries then I get huge insomnia problems... and when I am single it gets worse

Always. I've had trouble sleeping since I was a kid. My fiance is the type of person who falls asleep as soon as he lays down! I don't understand how he can do that.

Depends on how things are going in life if everything is going right and perfect then no. However, right now my life is flipped UPSIDE DOWN so therefor I am not sleeping.

I have trouble falling and staying asleep, which it turns out are two different types of insomnia. I've been treated for it before but currently I'm off my medications. Things that my doc told me that help:

1. Use the bed ONLY for sleeping. (Have a significant other? Use the bed ONLY for sleeping. No sex. No reading books. No surfing the web.)

2. Try to establish a set bed time and wake time and stick to it.

3. Do not eat food nor drink caffeinated beverages 3 hours before bed.

All the time. Ironically, I have the most trouble when I really want to go to sleep and the least trouble when i want to keep staying up.

Same here! When I want to stay up, I zonk out. When I want to zonk out, I find myself wide awake.
