UV Tattoos?

Contributor: pestilence pestilence
Anyone else have any or have an interest in getting UV tattoos? There's both white ink, which is invisible in normal light, and colored inks that are visible normally but much brighter under UV lights. I've been considering getting lots of UV tattoos but of course I'd have to wait until I could afford it.

My wife and I are both tattoo free, but I think that is a pretty cool idea.

I really, really want one of these. I go to raves sometimes and I think that would be so awesome for that. Plus it's just a cool concept.

I am going to get a white ink tattoo. I think they are really pretty, but a lot of artists have problems with them because its translucent ink supposedly and harder to make the color even on the skin.

I have two friends with them. One has the one that is invisible because he is in a high power job where tattoos are frowned upon. The other has half color half invisible which I really really like.

The health risks are too much for me, and I'd encourage anyone interested to look into them before making a choice.

I totally respect taking that chance, but I'd rather stick to regular ink.

I'm very very interested in it, but I haven't been convinced yet that they're completely safe. When my regular artist is able to endorse one he would use on himself, then I'll think about it.

They sound really cool and look really cool but I am not sure if they are 100% safe yet so I am going to wait.

It sounds fun. But, I don't know anything about the health precautions of this new ink.

Also, for myself, I really don't go anywhere where I am exposed to black light. Our clubbing days are over.
