For anyone not a football fan, the Vikings QB has recently come under fire for allegedly sending XXX-rated pics of Favre, Jr. to a Jets cheerleader, Jenn Sterger, back in 2008 when he played (poorly) for the Jets. Due to a third party, and not Favre nor Sterger, the images have been released on a video made by the sports blog Deadspin.
Of course, this is all alleged but it wouldn't be the first time a conventional good ole boy with a family mentality has strayed from his conservative image. But in this link, Deadspin surmises that, if this person is a fake, and not actually Favre, he has gone through great lengths to APPEAR to be him, going so far as to have a Mississippi cell phone number and a spot-on impersonation of Favre's speaking voice.
I realize that by posting this, I am playing into the whole media sensationalism that makes petty stories like this grab attention. But, if Favre was stupid enough to send nude pics to this former cheerleader, then by God, we have a right to see them. Maybe not a RIGHT, but we have the option. On one hand, I'm a little upset that these pics are available online, but a bigger part of me is saying Favre gets what he deserves for being a jackass and betraying Deanna. Any Packers/Vikings fan knows what kind of woman Deanna Favre is. Frankly, she doesn't deserve this (no wife does). But, hey, I haven't posted in the forums in a while, and what better place to show others what I stumbled across.
