Not a chance! Luckily, the clothes I wear are comfortable and reasonably stylish... Or so I believe.

Yes I am guilty of it a lot mostly hig heels rarely get to go out so when I do I dress up really pretty

If it's a dress to impress situation then yes and sometimes yes anyway just to make a statement because I like to strut around and have people give me incredulous looks.

No, I won't wear something that looks nice but isn't comfortable; that's why I'd pay more for a designer brand that has high quality material and workmanship.

Sometimes. For particular occasions where I don't have to wear them the whole day. I have a pair of heels that are very pretty, but they only come out when the occasion calls for me to sit most of the time.

yes. I admit that the most uncomfortable thing in my opinion is a BRA! Can't really go without that.
