I am thinking about starting a the Weight Watchers Points Plus program to shed a few pounds before summer.

Anyone have any opinions or experiences they'd like to share? Did you do it online or did you go to meetings?

my mom used it and it works. she used the recipes that w.w. gave her, and followed the program pretty well. she exercised on top of eating the right amount of points, and was able to lose the weight.
my friend did the juice diet for 10 days and lost 10lbs. doesn't sound healthy but it was a quick fix
