it apppears I can't stomach that today. I will eat the chicken with turkey hamburger and shrimp over rice with a little very well boiled carrots

You should have just left it; the damage was already done. Now it's just hanging out there and people will click to try to answer anyway.

By the way, a google search comes up with a bunch of different sites that you can input ingredients into and it will come up with recipe ideas.

If your needs are that specific, we probably wouldn't be able to help you anyway. Bland chicken/turkey/whateve r and rice sounds like your best bet. I hope you feel better!
