What color, or colors is your bedroom?

Ours is burgundy w/black and gold accents... probably too dark for most peoples' tastes.

My bedroom is a grayish blue color, which is quite close in color to my comforter (which is just a bit more blue). I do find the color comforting and calming. Coming up with the color was a slight fluke... the walls were white and I was bored with them, so I got a small can of black paint which was reduced at Wal-mart and mixed it with white to get gray. After only getting one coat done (definitely needed two), I ran out of paint. Ended up getting another reduced can of paint (which was a silvery blue-gray) and used that for the second coat (after mixing in some white).

Anyway, long story short, I had seen some home makeover show and they used gray paint, which I at first thought would be hideous (and a stupid idea), but the results were pretty nice. Plus lots of colors can be mixed with gray, as in comforters, curtains, etc. I actually find the color of my walls sophisticated.

My walls are light purple and I have black furniture.

Boring, white apartment walls. I decorate in black, white, and rainbow colors.

I too am hoping to change up our bedroom. Hopefully something romantic and sexy

I like the burgundy idea, just 2 walls. I have always liked the darker colors. It makes the room more intimate. But, you do need a larger room to do that in or it will look like a cave.

I have one dark purple wall and the rest are white. I usually change the one wall pretty often. I'm thinking of going with a deep dark red next.
