We have flavor drops which you can use for tobacco products. They come in all types of flavors, right now we have grape

I never smoked but back before my mom quit she used to just use a damp paper towel and re-wet it once in a while, that seemed to work pretty well.

When I used to roll my own, I'd have the shop mix in pipe tobacco with the cigarette tobacco. Pipe tobacco is more moist than the cigarette tobacco.
