Hot fudge and whipped cream most often. This is at an ice cream store thing though. I generally don't have anything to put on it at home. I also like broken up waffle cone, cookies, bits of chocolate cake, and other stuff depending on the flavor of ice cream.

Combine all of the chocolate options and then throw in some caramel and peanutbutter sauce.

So many options, but I usually like something sweet like a fruit (banana/strawberry/etc ) or chocolate!
