Just my hands! I'll use a loofah/poof occasionally to exfoliate a bit more, but usually it's just my hands and a bar of soap or a squirt of body wash.

Oh my depends on the mood n where n what I'm doing.
I've used just a bar of soap now and then to a wash cloth, loofa, a poof. Depends what available and on how dirty I am sometimes as well!
Work in harsh dirt all day long takes a good wash cloth
