What is the biggest stress factor in your life? How are you trying to resolve or work through this issue?

There are usually many small issues that stress us out, but I am talking about the one factor that never seems to go away. The constant, nagging issue that raises your heart rate and makes you get a serious case of insomnia. What is the issue and how do you plan on resolving or living with this issue?

Right now for me would be the lack of a job. There are none in this town and I have been unemployed since Valentine's day. I keep putting in applications but right now that is all I can do.

I'm very stressed out about losing my FIL a few weeks ago. It's been a really stressful few weeks for me. I'm dealing with some health issues too.

Work and just not having enough time to do what I need/want...not getting the housework done that I needed to will cause me to lose sleep. I just feel like don't have enough time for much because of work.

Being unemployed. I have no work experience so no one wants to hire me even though I have my degree and a certification. It's frustrating because I can't get experience if no one will hire me... It's a viscous cycle :/

School! I'm resolving it by taking it a day at a time and trying to get through it at a reasonable pace! On the other hand, school is really exciting for me, and I really love it, so it is also one of the best things in my life.

I seem to be the one that takes care of all the details, problems and issues in our life--including bill paying for the most part. My hubby makes good money when he works, but his occupation is just now starting to make a slight come back since the economy fell....I am just worn out from taking care of everyone else and making sure life flows smoothly!!

My issue is getting my tot into preschool. She's on a wait list for the program, and it's holding up everything else. For instance, when she gets in, I will be able to do my internship. Honestly, I can't do much about it.

Higher education. It's...stressful. Reconciling the fact that it both doesn't really matter but actually it does is crazy. That it can consume all of your time and needs a lot of personal/emotional investment with just 1 number or letter to show for it at the end can be draining and kind of absurd.

I have a 19 year old who took a year off but is now planning to go back to school. Argh. College costs. Insurance issues.

Money. The biggest stress maker EVER!

Right now it's jobs. Hubby is laid off due to mud season (he's a logger) and hopefully he'll be back to work very soon and I have no job, I'm currently waiting on a call from a hopeful company for research calls but haven't heard a thing back. The stress has kept us from sleeping

I REALLY dislike my job, & have hated it almost the entire three years I've been there. I haven't been able to look for employment elsewhere because I was in school & my current employer has been great about working around my schedule (that's the only thing they're great about...), but I'm graduating college this week & am in the middle of interviewing somewhere that seems much better. Fingers crossed!

I have generalized anxiety disorder so there's tons of stuff... but right now, the big one is: being unemployed. I start a very expensive school in Fall and know that I need $8,000/quarter to pay it off. I have my AA and some work experience but can't get hired! I just keep plugging away, sending out resumes and cover letters... but nothing yet.
