Hm, probably late morning (~9:30-11:30) for me! I'm not sure why, but it seems to happen pretty consistently at those times.

If I am not too tired it's usually in the evening or if I've gotten a great night of sleep right when I wake up. There's no consistent time of day outside of that for me.
