What is your guess...climate change issues or same the same? You expecting a COLD or WARMER then normal winter in your area????

According to the NOAA, La Nina is already present in the Pacific Ocean, so the Northwest will most likely have a cooler and wetter winter.

I'm really thinking it's going to be an early wet/cold winter...maybe an early Spring leading into a HOT Summer!

I think we're going to see a significant amount of snowfall this year, more so than previous years, similar to the Blizzard of '93.

I can't imagine after the last 2 years that it could possibly be colder than usual - I'd settle for a normal winter
