Lactaid is lactose free milk and I generally drink and cook with that. I drink almond milk too, but only vanilla flavoured.

2%. No real reason. It's just what my mother bought me as a kid and I continued to get it when older.

Whole, unhomogenized milk from pastured cows. I can't get raw milk here or I would buy that.
