Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds and Hazelnuts. I'm not sure about Pecans but Walnuts are good mixed in things like brownies and certain salads.

Pistachios, walnuts, macs ... I also like Brazil nuts (those are the really big ones in the mixed nuts containers).

Acorns are not recommended for human consumption ... they cause some pretty awful gas problems. Although I have heard of some people grinding it for flour.
