Are you going out to a nice restaurant somewhere? Cooking a special dinner at home? What do you plan to have on the menu?

We're going out to a new restaurant we haven't yet tried. Not sure what I'll have, but I do know we'll be trying the spinach-artichoke dip for an appetizer. We both love it so much we can't pass it up when it's offered.

I don't think we're going to go out. We both are watching what we eat and hate crowds, so if we do something, we'll do something later this week.

Pan-fried pork chops, pasta salad and fresh veggies to scrub the arteries. Hubby is going out of town this weekend, so we won't be doing anything until he gets back home.
