What’s your biggest sexual ‘turn-ons’ and ‘turn-offs’?

Turn ons, my hubby kissing my shoulders when he stands behind me, hubby softly rubbing my back, legs, his kisses. Turn offs are when he jumps out of bed after I squirt so he can shower off. That's irritating. Oh and before I was married, my ex bf would give me oral and he sucked at it, but he would look up at me after he was done and say, "Pretty good, huh?"
