Hello everyone,
I'm really into all things relating to tea, and I'm not talking about a tea bag and a dollar store mug. I mean I buy premium, loose-leaf tea and special tea ware, and I brew it at the correct temperature pertaining to the variety of tea and for the right about of time, etc.

Anyway, I was reading a tea-based diet book, and the author claims that tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world, after water. It seems to me that this is probably because Asian countries, which make up a majority of the world's population, drink a lot of tea. I'm just curious about what the folks here on Eden drink.

So my question is: what is your most-consumed beverage, excluding water? Single choice.

Coffee, but only because I haven't had any luck finding my favorite tea around here. PG Tips...I could drink that tea all day every day.
Add a splash of cream and a bit of sugar and it's like heaven in a cup.

The first time I tried it I did so because I had heard Julie Andrews loves it so much she sneaks bags of it on plane trips and now I understand why. x3

0w0 Thank you so much for the link! The pyramid bags are even harder to track down in stores than the regular ones, but they brew a lot better in my opinion.
You should try it soon, it's perfect for summer.
It's got a sort of light flavor compared to a tea like chai but it's absolutely delicious.

I chose soda, but only because you asked other than water. Really I drink mainly water. I drink at least a half gallon a day. Other than water I drink coke or red bull. I love the tangy taste of red bull, but man that stuff is bad for you.

I wish Red Bull made a beverage minus all that caffeine and whatever other hyperactive ingredients their drinks contain, because I agree that they're tasty, but the "wings" I get make me fly straight into Crazyland. Thus, it's been a number of years since I had one.

I love soymilk. I used to drink tons of tea but I had to give that up for the time being. Caffeine consumption during pregnancy is frowned upon after all.
