Some people have a difficult time getting enough daily fluids if they rely solely on water. I'm like this--plain water just doesn't appeal to me. When I was in middle school, I wouldn't make myself drink all the water I needed, so I developed really bad headaches. My doctor said I needed to find a way to get enough fluids, and since I was also suffering from fatigue (the joys of puberty), she suggested tea. It's been my hobby ever since.

Honestly, I drink water more than anything else. less
