I had a good time at the one I went to last year. Of course I can't say the same for every party and the way they're run, but I hope the one you go to is great as well! Have fun!

I've only ever heard about them... and I don't really have an interest to go to one... every day on eden is like a little passion party for me, LOL

I've never even heard of one exclusively for men, or even one that's mixed. But if they did such a thing I wouldn't mind going.

So an update! I went to my friend's yesterday, and it was a good time. I put "okay" on the poll because it wasn't amazing and I didn't learn as much as I thought I would, but it was still really fun. I think I probably would have learned a lot more if I had gone before I ever started using EF all the time.

Hi there! Ours was all women, but men were invited--they just didn't come. Passion Pattie, the woman who ran the party for us, said she's done couples' parties before, too. I've never heard of one exclusively for men, though.

Not really my scene. I'm intensely private about my sexuality in my everyday life.

Though I used to work at a photo lab, and one person brought in pictures of a Passion Party with a 3 or 4 year old boy present. It was a bachelorette party, and there were several shots of the boy, surrounded by women in lingerie, playing with sex toys. Not sexually... like in one he had a butt plug in his ear, in another he had a rabbit squiggling against his face. That kind of soured me extra on the concept.

I'm not really sure what to say about that, other than I'm disgusted. That's definitely not appropriate behavior, to say the least.

It was a lot of fun but they didnt teach you things about materials and safety that I feel are important to know. The toys were overpriced as well

I sold passion parties for a couple years. The parties can be fun based on guest participation and enthusiasm. The rep only makes about 10% off of each sale and depending on how much of the reps own money she can invest in demo products (that she has to pay full price for to passion parties) and what she has left to buy stock on hand inventory will dictate what she has to show and sell vs what she will have to order. Most reps try to get a credit card machine which they also have to pay for plus a % of each sale to visa/mc/amx. It cost me about $600.00 befote I did my first party that I net about $60.00 from. Subtract fuel and.... well you can see why except for the fun pf doing it and having the nickname of dildo girl and being the talk of the pta its not a lotof fun. Lol. As the guest enjoy and have fun! Do some word of mouth to help the rep and encourage your friends to buy. In CA its hard because you can ealk into a store the size of a walmart in most cities that sell the stuff off the shelves. Probably a great business in towns that don't have a store right down the block.

That's absolutely bizarre. The woman who ran our party would never have allowed something like that. She told a few racy stories and laughed with us a lot (mostly about our shyness), but overall I thought it was pretty tame. I can't imagine there being young children at one...

Passion Parties are basically "sex toy parties" - Have you ever heard of a Tupperware Party or a Mary Kay Party? A representative from the company comes to someone's house (typically called the host) and shows the host and all invited guests the products the company sells. In the case of Passion Parties, we were shown everything from shaving creams and massage lotions to vibrators and dildos. :]

I don't think I would be able to keep my mouth shut. I've heard lots of bad things about those parties having super overpriced toys of terrible quality, and I would
a) be a loud mouth about those two issues
b) probably be asking the party lady way too many questions, "Ooh, have you seen the new toys by (whatever company)? Have you ever tried (whatever kind of toy)? What did you think about (whatever lube)?" I just get overexcited when I meet other people who know and are enthusiastic about sex toys. I would hog the floor and I'm sure the poor lady would never get her speeches out correctly, haha.

I have thrown a few passion parties and they are way fun. It is a great time to get together with your friends and even get the guys involved I have done a co ed one and a couple just the girls. If you have older friends then a coed probably is not the best for them, but if all young girls than why not invite the guys. It is a fun way to hang =, maybe flirt, get to know people on a different level.

I've been to those type of parties and it was okay. I prefer shopping on here on my own.

Never been to that particular one but have been to a Slumber Party and Pure Romance Party. They were fun for a girl's night out deal but now that I've been on EF I see their stuff is overpriced for some things and not the best quality/material for the price. Pure Romance talks about being safe for women and what not but they sell some jelly toys as well as stuff with glycerin and nothing was mentioned about safety of those toys at Pure Romance or the Slumber Party. I would go to another just for the fun of it but I wouldn't buy. I paid about double for a vibrating c-ring that EF sells too and I bought a bullet as well as lube, lip gloss and perfume but that was it. EF is better to buy from.

They're ok. Passion parties were my first exposure to sex toys really (in college, in a warm and friendly environment), and I definitely got some good starter tips from someone who knew what they were talking about, but after getting the basics I think their merch is sort of eh. They did also introduce me to the only lube that seems to work on me, which EF doesn't carry :/
