I always take lunch between 11 and 11:30 am (my workday starts with waking up at 5 and being at work at 6:15 am.

Today I had to go to the cafeteria "late". It was 12:00 sharp, and it looked like the entire population of the state had descended on that cafeteria at one time!!! Usually there MAY be one or two people ahead of me in line. Today it was maybe 30 or more????!!!

What time do YOU go to lunch (and WHY do you pick THAT time)?

I don't eat lunch. When I did, it was usually around three or four in the afternoon and it was just too close to dinner.

When I'm working I don't get to pick, it depends on when my appointments are. And sometimes I don't get lunch at all. At home I usually eat it between 11:30 and noon

1pm if I'm at work, but not at all if I'm home

I feed kids between 11-12:30, then my husband and I have lunch at 1pm, sometimes 2pm.

I routinely eat breakfast at around 8, lunch 11-11:30, dinner around 5. The reason is that it is leftover from our college days when we had to be in class right after. It's a habit we never broke.
