10-11pm when I'm not on vacation. My bedtimes tend to change with the semester. If I have night classes or no morning classes then I stay up later.
My birth control automatically keeps me up till 10pm since I take it at that time.

It varies for me. Right now I'm on a really crappy sleeping schedule. I want to try and change that.
