All of the above!!! I am a cheese addict, seriously!! It is my absolute favorite food and I have managed to incorporate it into many of our meals and dishes.

I love sharp cheddar, but my favorite cheddar is Soba Ale. It is made at a local gourmet cheese place right near where I live. They have won all kinds of international cheese awards, and are AMAZING!!!!

The only cheese I can eat is soy, rice or almond cheese. Some companies make a lot of different flavors, but the textures are all the same.

I'm allergic to dairy products and lactose intolerant. (They are different things. Allergy is when your body reacts to the proteins in something like it was an invader. Intolerance is when your body can't process the food or the sugar in it. Lactose is a difficult to process sugar for adults or anyone over seven years old.)

I agree with this so much! I always say I could pretty easily become a vegetarian if I wanted to, but I could never become a vegan because it would mean giving up all that wonderful cheese! I've never found a type of cheese I didn't like.

Mild for me! My boyfriend really like sharp, but then he loves all cheese. I can't do the sharp because I don't like the strong taste.
