It's multiple choice!

I don't usually buy milk & keep powdered &/or get a little at the store for cooking. I don't drink milk, but I use it for making yogurt & cheese and for cooking & baking.
I buy 1% I would buy skim if hubby would let me

We have been using Fat Free for years now, and don't miss the fat at all. Only if doing some special baking or cooking will I use what the recipe calls for.

We went from whole milk to non fat a few years back. Once you adjust, and it won't take long, regular milk is actually "yukky" and greasy.

We love Lactaid. Tastes like normal milk and no "ill tummy".

Always almond milk now but when I did buy it, it was always skim. Idk why but people think that skim is really gross but I've always preferred it.
I love that vanilla almond milk too, but you cannot use it to bake and it simply does not work for things like pudding..etc. Even mixing it with coffee does not do it. It curdles and does not lighten the coffee. Only can use it on dry cereal.

I buy whole milk because my sweetie likes it in his cereal. It is also better to cook with. Since we do not drink a lot we are not worried about the fat. I can only drink milk over ice so mine gets watered down anyway.

I always get skim; I hate the taste of thicker milk. I recently started getting hormone and antibiotic free milk at my doctor's recommendation. Not only is better for my health, but it tastes really good.

i hate to support the beef/dairy industry, and am also lactose intolerant, so i tend to stick to almond or rice milk, and coconut milk on special occasions. I want to take my hand at making my own types of nut/rice milk! My partners aunt makes really great cashew milk.
