beef, pork, chicken, fish, and seafood. I've tried rabbit, deer, and duck and I like them but I haven't eaten it in years. I've had horse too, but it's not something I'd get again, not that it was bad though.

We tend to live on chicken. Still love a good steak and I love seafood, but hubby is not so keen on it, but we do all kinds of dishes with Chicken.

When visiting parts of Europe, Rabbit is big on the menu. Ate a lot when visiting friends there. Sounds crazy, but does taste like chicken..just with a gamy edge.

My meat of choice is seitan. It's hellishly good.

Seriously, though, I don't eat meat, and had never really liked it to begin with. My favourite choices are homemade seitan, and extra firm pressed tofu. Tofu has an especially nice texture if you freeze and thaw it first.

When I did eat meat, I enjoyed all sorts of seafood, though. Teriyaki salmon and rice was a favourite of mine.
