I chose rock, but really my personal favorites are electronica/house/rave kinds of clubs.

Ever since Michigan passed anti-smoking laws for bars, I haven't had much of a desire to go. I'm a light-weight when it comes to drinking and would have to drive myself, so that doesn't work. If I try to dance, people back away from me and start yelling "Put something in his mouth so he doesn't bite his tongue."
So yeah...clubs aren't for me. Except MAYBE Clutch Cargos in Pontiac (down the road a bit). Supposedly it's haunted. I've been there a couple times and got vibes, but I was drinking too.

We both caught the dance bug and now are pretty darn good at it. It is fun. It is exercise, diet and indeed, aphrodisiac all in one. Dance close to your loved one all night long and I dare you to try and come home without falling into each others bodies with incredible passion.

All the rave stuff is more commonplace than it used to be, so sometimes it's hard to draw the line between what is and isn't a rave. If they're playing pop or rap music - not a rave. If they're playing techno remixed of that, I still wouldn't consider it a rave. A rave has to have a genuine DJ, not just some dude/chick spinning remixes of shit.

The really good ones are underground, or so I hear. There's one club here that does a sorta rave thing and a few places that have DJs come and put on a decent rave. For the most part they're hard to come by now because all the good rave places got shut down over drugs.
"House" is a type of EDM, same as "trance," "electro-house," "dubstep," "techno," etc. So a "house club" is a club that plays house music. Usually also with lights and whatnot.

What is a club? I have 2 boys don't get to go out much but I did got to a piano bar and it was so awesome I had a great time and my sexy ass waitress kept hitting on me it was fun for me to flirt with her with my husband loving it lets say he enjoined his ride how after.
