Mine was finding my little brother dead face down in a pool of water. It was terrible. actually had it just a month ago.

I actually dreamt a person from m family was molesting me sexually. It wasn't a flashback - it was a complete fabrication of my mind. I got triggered by this person accidentally touching me for a few years. I had tis feeling of disgust and an urge to move away quickly. Now it's better but sometimes it still happens.

My worst dreams tend to involve an inability to speak or relay some important information. The most memorable was one I had as a child, wherein I was standing on a pedestal in the middle of a crowd, screaming, and no one could hear.
