I just started laser hair removal on my upper legs and bikini line (had my first treatment a week ago). I'm curious what other people's experiences have been. I found it very painful around the bikini line and on my inner thighs, but other than that it was okay.

I had swelling for about half an hour after the procedure and had red blotches for almost two days. What I'm finding now is that I can't get a smooth shave. It kind of feels like I have goosebumps or just always the amount of stubble you'd expect 24-48 hours after you shave. Is that normal? I know they said hairs should start falling out 3 weeks after treatment.

Any info/advice will be helpful!
