I had quite a lot of them, would be hard to list, but philosophy/ethics and history were the most interesting for my taste... And psychology! And sociology! (Oh stop DreamWolf! ^^)

my favorite faculty would be my choir class. My teacher was the nicest. He would let us teach ourselves. If we learned the songs fast enough we had freedom to do whatever we wanted.

The history/social sciences departments - both high school and college. I was lucky in that they all were passionate about their subjects, so I was able to relate to what they taught.
Although I think if I had been two years older, I would have ended up in an affair with my World History teacher from my sophomore year in high school ... he spent way too much time staring down my cleavage during class ...

History or English, though I did like Art and Choir too. ^_^
Most memorable moment ever: Singing "Penny Lane" during a choir concert with my mother (also named Penny) in the audience and barely being able to keep myself from laughing my butt off. x'3
