Hey,

So im allergic to wheat, corn, soy, peanuts, pork, n shell fish

Any one else on EF have these sort of limits on their diets?

my youngest is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, cats and dogs. We have to be careful with what we have in the house. So many things have nuts in them, or are processed in a plant that also processes other foods that have nuts in them.

I cut wheat out of my diet a long time ago, along with gluten. I'm not allergic, just sensitive/intolerant. I am allergic to dairy, shell fish, and most animal meat. Have had trouble digesting poultry since I was young in addition to that. I'm sensitive to all animal product now, even eggs, so I had to adapt to a vegan diet...

It's a pain having to read labels all the time, place special orders, and ask about what's in everything!
