I try to sleep between 10-11pm because I wake up at 5:30am.

Honestly, if I could sleep as late as I wanted, I would go to bed at 8AM and wake up at 5PM! Since this is the real world and I can't do that, I typically go to bed between 12:01AM and 4AM. Never earlier, but sometimes later!
