Both. But the heating bill gets pretty high, so I usually use a heating blanket.

We have a kick ass full bed heating pad thingy...I think thats what they call it.

Add a blanket to the bed. We don't use the heater in our room. If it's really cold, we'll run a space heater on a timer for about an hour when we go to bed.

I put on another blanket-- a heated blanket! Best of both worlds and I can kick it off if I get too hot, instead of having to get up and turn the heat down.

We just add more blankets or wear more layers, the heating bill is high enough without turning it up.

We have a really warm down comforter that's pretty much all we need on our bed. We turn the heat down all the way and snuggle up under that comforter.

We have gas logs that help, wear sweatshirts, add blankets and really don't turn up the heat.

my building gives alot of heat. In the winter im sweating my butt off and have to put the ac on.

Wear more clothes and add blankets. Not into the high gas bill.

Both. I keep the heater off as long as possible but sometimes blankets don't help much.
