Sometimes I see a toy and I can't help but think of something completely unrelated. Maybe it's because of the shape of the toy. Maybe it's the name. Maybe the design just reminds me of something I saw a long time ago.

I'd like to see if other people think of unrelated items/themes/people/no uns when they first see a product (doesn't need to be "new," just something you hadn't seen before).

"When I first saw the ______ I couldn't help but think of..." or "It reminded me of..."

I'll start! When I first saw the Faith vibrator, I thought of Faith from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Well, the Liv vibe has always reminded me of Liv Tyler because of the name lol. And Iris has always reminded me of goo goo dolls. But other than because of names...

I don't know of anything really "off the wall" really. I'm sure there has been something..but I can't think of it.

This happens a lot. I'm a really visual person, so I see things. The Form 2 looks like a tooth to me. The Siri and other hand held clit vibes of this kind look like computer mouses mice, whatever. The Wahl reminds me of a hand held food mixer. We call ours "The Mixmaster." Too many hair brush handles remind me of vibrators or dildos. We have a hairbrush with "jewels" on the handle and it looks similar to the Jenna Jameson vibrator which has jewels on it. (And in one review, someone said one of the jewels came off inside her! )

Ha! I always knew the We Vibe reminded me of something but I couldn't put my finger on it. It's the earpiece! Thank you ^_^

Oh and @Alicia, all I meant by "off the wall" was something not sex / sex-toy related. It's easy to see a dildo and think, "Oh hey that reminds me of a penis" or "...of my boyfriend's cock" or "...of this other dildo." But y'all have been great at coming up with other things that come to mind when you see toys.

I know it has other attachments, but whenever I see the Wahl pictured as it is on the product page, I think of a megaphone. A really oddly proportioned megaphone.

I agree about the Siri looking like gangster shoes, now that it's been mentioned. But my first thought was how they reminded me of women's spectator dress shoes or a little girl's Mary Jane shoes, for some reason.

I've also always thought the Siri (and the Nea and the Bcurious) looked like a computer mouse. Now, every time I see a computer mouse, I automatically think "sex toy/vibrator"!

The LELO Ella totally looks like a hairbrush handle to me. And, I agree: the Eroscillator looks like an electric toothbrush, and Form 2 looks EXACTLY like a premolar (my husband even said so when he first saw it). The JimmyJane Contour M also looks like a molar.

For some reason, I think the Beyond G-spot No. 3 looks like a cartoon version of a saxophone (weird, I know).

And this toy totally looks like a lemon reamer. I have a wooden lemon reamer in my kitchen. I wouldn't use the wooden one as a sex toy (yuck) but I bet this would work as a really expensive reamer in the kitchen.

An electric tooth brush. My wife's all time favorite toy is the Eroscillator 2 deluxe with the grapes attachment.
