I saw the Hobbit with family over the holidays. I admit that if there wasn't kids that needed entertaining involved, I might have waited for it to come out at home!

When my partner came to visit last month we went out to see Spring Breakers, but we dont go out often to see movies, there just too damn expensive and much cheeper to wait till it comes out on video or uploaded to netflix or something. The last time we saw a movie before that was when i took him to see the hobit in the first week it opened.

Technically, I did go to the movie theater this month -- couple weeks ago. Only I did not go in, so it doesn't fully count. LOL. I planned to go in and see a movie with one of the kids, my mom & two of her co-workers as well as my partner, but we arrived later than expected & had some trouble so we didn't even end up going in. Turned around and went home. I kinda wanted to go though just to spend the evening with them.

The last time I actually went and watched one though, it's been about 7 years! It was when my lovie and I first got together. Strange it's been so long, but I just don't like movies. I'm weird. I prefer doing something. I like some kind of activity. Have trouble sitting there for so long. I start thinking of all the things I coud be doing. LOL.

I haven't been in ages, but I used to love going, especially the foreign & indie films.

Now, with prices & among other things, bed bugs , I think I'll watch in the comfort of my bug free, (but cat hair filled), house, thank you!
