I normally use Midol but it doesn't help as much, have the worse bloating and cramps, having fibromyalgia my cramps are super intense. I have heard of Pamprin but I'm not sure if its better or about the same?

I don't use anything, I just try to tough it out.

I take naproxen for cramps. It helps me with the pain. I dont bloat much really to need anything else. I havent ever taken midol or pamprin.

If I do use anything, I use Midol. I don't get any PMS symptoms anymore. My cramps completely went away after I stopped using tampons.

I've tried both and I've found that Midol works better for me.

Thank you, I just bought some! Normally I use the regular, today I got the gel capsules they seem like they would work quick

I don't use either but maybe I should give both a try. Lately, I just use BC Powder.
