Love journey is a nice uncomplicated one with good reviews. I have Amethyst. If you are interested in a textured beginner, this is also a good one. Especially since you can use either the smooth or ribbed side (so two for one!)

I have the Bent Graduate version of the Amethyst so would recommend it. I purchased it as my first glass dildo and like the shape because it can be used for both G spotting and thrusting.

My first glass toy was the Gold Laced G. It has a slender body, the texture is subtle, and it has a base. Gold Laced G is what I usually recommend as an introductory glass piece.

Amethyst is good if i had to choose between those but I agree with Melipixie. Icicle no 8 is pretty great.

I really think you should get something double-ended for your first glass toy! The beads and the head side are each their own thing, so try the amethyst or somthing similar in concept.

Amethyst or deep water g are both great beginners toys. Low on texture and with a nice curve.

I'd go with Love Journey, it's smaller and not too intense. Glass has a very unique feel, so something simple to introduce yourself to it is good.

Reflections Serenity it a good beginner glass toy because it doesn't have large bends or curves that could injure you if you like it rough. Also either end could be used so you get 2 in one! It will also help you determine what glass girth is good for you. Glass girth us MUCH different than plastic, silicone, or jelly girth

These are pretty good beginner ones. If you're certain you like some texture and curve (such as Amethyst) then it'd be a great option. If you're certain Love Journey's diameter would not be uncomfortable for you, it's be a wonderful one! I'd go with it if I were comfortable with a glass toy of its size. The curve on Love Journey looks perfect for g-spotting. I personally think Lola is the most amazing glass toy ever! It completely blows my entire glass toy (and Pure Wand!) collection out of the water. It would be a fabulous beginner glass toy because the size is not too large for anybody & the bulbous tip is the best g-spotting tool I've ever used, but everyone is different when it comes to the curve and shape of a g-spot toy.

I don't think I'd recommend Deep Water G to a beginner. Even I don't think I would find it comfortable because the size is a tiny bit much combined with those pronounced bumps. Reflections would be okay too, but I don't think it's near as exciting as Sweet Lola or Love Journey.

Amythest, because you get to try two different glass dildos - bubbles and g-spot curve - in one toy! I love my Amythest!
