Ever since last year when we made truffles with Eden Cooks, I am so excited to make my own! I love maple creams. But Aztec Truffles (with cinnamon and cayenne) were amazing too.

we used to do that when we were kids...but i have not in a long time. seems like it was a lot of mess. and, i'm never sure it it's okay to get my wife chocolates for holidays. she is on a program, and i would feel like a bad influence giving her bad stuff. she has a sweet tooth and i would feel aweful if i were to start an avalanche.

Last year I made little chocolate frogs with a frog mold. So cute! I might do something like that again but I'm not sure. I think I'd rather make cupcakes or something. I'm craving frosting.
