Will you miss Saturday delivery of US mail?

I don't care we don't get alot of paper mail anymore, but it will probably take a bit to remember to not check for it.

It will save money so thats great. besides most people get their bills electronically now and thats what mail is mostly anyway. Getting adds on monday rather than saturday only changes the day they go into the recycle bin

It won't really affect me one way or the other. A lot of times I forget to check my mail for a few days at a time anyway.

I agree with you all on this issue of gov fu#kups and raiding of funds. If the gov does anything it's bass ackwards!

I will miss mail on Saturdays but it's just one more thing I'll have to put up with.

I'll definitely miss it. It think it would've been been to not have deliver on Wednesday (or another day midweek) instead of not receiving it two days in a row.

I miss it and think it's pretty stupid, to be honest. I totally understand why it happened but like, I don't know. They have one job- to mail things. And they already take every single miniscule holiday off and barely work 9-5 through the week, so I don't know why cutting hours would help them make more money.

I hardly remember to check the mail every day anyways, unless I know there's something coming that I'm looking forward to. Usually, it's just bills that I pay online anyways. So for me - no, I won't miss Saturday mail.

Not the end of the world, but I'm sure it'll be frustrating.
First world problems, etc.

It used to be that my e-mail was full of mostly junk mail and spam, and I received my real mail and bills in my physical mailbox. It's the opposite now.

Most of my personal business and bills are done electronically. We cannot live without email.
On the other hand, most of what we receive in our physical mailbox is junk, spam and advertisements. The USPS could cut back to only 2 or 3 days per week for residential mail delivery and it would be fine with me.

The USPS does an incredible job, but lets me honest, technology has shifted and greatly reduced the need for daily deliveries.

Not really. I'm only concerned with packages and those will still be arriving. Also, I usually go to get the mail, like, once every one or two weeks, so...
