Would you "get" someone if you saw him/her shooting people around you? :)

Seeing how this whole push goes for gun control makes you wonder what happened if someone came and started to shoot around you, at your family, at you, what if you didn't have any guns to take him/her out before more people die... (I don't know what in the world makes sense in not letting people carry firearms for self-protection, as criminals will manage to get guns anyway, as they don't care, and you can never forget about international crime and smuggling and corruption in the government/powers that be...)

So, would you be right there, to protect everybody?

It would be easy to say you would want to protect those around you, but until it actually happens you won't know if your a coward or hero.

I would. I carry my bad ass taser gun everywhere just in case someone tries to hurt me and I have done self defense classes. I could not live with myself if I wouldn't do anything.

I would do something, but it would be alot harder without my gun on my side.

The thing is, people more often than not use guns in the heat of the moment to kill someone else who hasn't done anything wrong, rather than stop a criminal. And just because criminals will have guns anyway, doesn't mean it's right to just make it easier for them. This isn't the Wild West. This is the 21st century.
